The Paddocks Is Taking Shape
Exciting progress is happening at The Paddocks as our vision for Jacksonville's new automotive ownership community moves closer to reality.
Construction Update
Underground electrical and plumbing work is underway and will continue through next week. Once this essential infrastructure is complete, the building slab is anticipated to be poured by the second week of September.
From there, the next major phase begins: the walls will continue to rise, bringing the architecture and scale of The Paddocks visibly to life.

The automotive energy is already building at 7215 Golden Wings Road.
Our neighbor, Classic 9 Motorwerks, is helping pave the way for this location to become a destination for car lovers. Known for creating heritage-inspired Porsche 911s with exceptional attention to craftsmanship, Classic 9 reflects the passion, precision, and automotive culture that make this location such a natural home for The Paddocks.
